Application and approval
Applicants must provide accurate identity, experience, qualification, registration and insurance information. Creating an account or submitting documents does not guarantee approval or work. City Pro Fix may request further evidence, reject an application, suspend approval or remove access where standards are not met.
Documents
Tradespeople are responsible for keeping required identity, insurance, qualifications and registrations current and notifying City Pro Fix of changes. Expired, inaccurate or misleading evidence may prevent job allocation and may result in suspension.
Job offers
A job offer is optional until accepted. Before accepting, the tradesperson must review the scope, location, timing and disclosed conditions and confirm they have the competence, lawful authority, equipment and availability required.
Standards and conduct
Accepted work must be carried out safely, lawfully and with reasonable care and skill. Tradespeople must communicate professionally, protect customer property and information, follow agreed scope and status procedures, and immediately report hazards, delays, complaints or changes.
Fees and records
The platform records gross job figures and any agreed City Pro Fix fee or deduction. Payment timing and supporting evidence are confirmed for each arrangement. Tradespeople remain responsible for their own tax, insurance and business obligations unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Confidentiality and data
Customer information may be used only to deliver assigned work and must not be retained, disclosed or used for independent marketing. Professional documents are stored privately and accessed only for operational, compliance and legal purposes.
Status and termination
City Pro Fix may pause or terminate access for expired documents, safety concerns, customer harm, dishonesty, repeated service failures or breach of these terms. Serious matters may be reported to relevant authorities where legally appropriate.
